ID records request
Unflagged door records last 21 days after your latest scan at that venue; flagged records are deleted when the applicable flag ends.
Door ID records are kept for 21 days after your latest ID scan at that venue. An active venue, group or Velvet Shield flag keeps the record while it applies; the record is deleted when the flag ends, with no extra 21 days, subject to legal preservation and your rights.
You don't need a Velvet account to ask.
We check your ID photo before we share anything and reply only to the email you give, within 10 business days. This page never shows whether we hold a record.
