Terms of Service

Effective September 21, 2026 · UTRAX LLC

1. Using Velvet

These terms apply to Velvet’s websites and apps, operated by UTRAX LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the rules disclosed for the features and events you use. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, do not use the service. Contact John Held at john@utrax.co for help.

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use only accounts, tickets and credentials you are entitled to use. Do not share sign-in codes. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Let us know promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

2. Events, orders and refunds

Event organizers are responsible for their listings, events and event-specific rules. Review the location, schedule, age restrictions, entry requirements, price, fees, transfer rules and refund policy before completing an order. Additional terms disclosed during checkout apply to that order.

An order is complete when its confirmation is recorded by the service and, where payment is required, confirmed by the payment provider. Refund eligibility depends on the disclosed policy and applicable law. Cancellations, schedule changes, transfer restrictions and capacity limits may affect an event; contact the organizer or Velvet support if you need assistance. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

3. Admission, identity and memberships

A ticket or membership does not waive an event’s age, safety or admission requirements. Where verification is required, follow the verification process and the provider disclosures presented to you. Do not impersonate another person or alter a verification result. Authorized venue staff may compare your verification portrait and eligibility status with the person presenting a credential.

Memberships and linked bands are access credentials, not stored cash accounts. Velvet does not offer a customer money balance through these credentials. Revoke a lost band or credential in account settings. Ticket transfers are effective only after the service confirms them; a screenshot alone does not transfer ownership.

4. Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Velvet permission to store, display and process it as needed to operate the features you select. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, threats, unlawful activity, unauthorized surveillance, bypassing access controls, scraping private information or interfering with the service. We may restrict content or accounts to address violations, protect users or comply with law. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.

5. Velvet Account & Event Updates — SMS terms

This program sends account verification codes you request and optional messages about your tickets and events, such as reminders, venue or schedule changes, and cancellations. It does not enroll you in organizer marketing. You choose SMS sign-in when requesting a code and separately opt in to recurring event updates. Event-update consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, attendance or use of Velvet.

Sign-in messages are sent when requested. The number of event-update messages varies with your purchases, events and activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Check your wireless plan for charges.

STOP: Reply STOP to the sending number or short code to unsubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent. After opting out, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also disable event updates in the app. You can continue using your account and tickets and can sign in with email. To rejoin, follow the app’s opt-in process again.

HELP: Reply HELP to the sending number or short code, or email john@utrax.co for support. Supported carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your network and device; SMS should not be relied on for emergency assistance.

Keep your phone number current and remove a number you no longer control. See the Privacy Policy at https://velvet-rebuild-guest.vercel.app/privacy for how we handle phone numbers and consent records. SMS consent and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Velvet available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every listing supplied by another party is accurate. Third-party providers and organizers operate their own services. Use your judgment and follow venue safety instructions. Contact emergency services directly in an emergency.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by your misuse of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Changes, account closure and contact

You can stop using Velvet and request account deletion through settings. Obligations associated with completed orders, disputes and legally required records may continue after account closure. We may change the service or these terms and will provide notice when required. The version date identifies the current terms.

Questions about these terms, the SMS program or an account can be sent to John Held at john@utrax.co. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://velvet-rebuild-guest.vercel.app/privacy.
