Your account and privacy
Change your email and choose who sees your profile.
Change your email
- In the Velvet app, tap the person icon at the bottom of the screen, then Settings, then Login details. On the web, open Account settings from the menu at the top, then Sign-in details. On a phone, open the menu, then choose Settings.
- Choose your email, enter the new address, then tap Continue in the app or choose Send confirmation on the web.
- Follow the confirmation emails. You may need to confirm from both your old and new addresses. Until then, your old email keeps working.
Choose who sees your profile
- In the Velvet app, open Settings, then Profile & event privacy. On the web, open Account settings, then Edit profile & privacy.
- Choose who can see your profile, your upcoming events and your past events. On the web, then choose Save changes.
