Sign up or log in
Log in with a code we email you. If you’re new, the same steps create your account.
In the Velvet app
- Tap Log in or sign up.
- Enter your email address, then tap Continue with email. By continuing, you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Enter the code from the email Velvet sends you, then tap Continue.
- If you’re new, answer a few questions to set up your account: the kinds of events you like, your location, a profile photo, your birthday and a username. You can skip some of them for now.
On the web
- Open the menu at the top of the page and choose Log in. It’s the same page whether you’re new or already have an account.
- Enter your email address, then choose Continue. By continuing, you agree to Velvet’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Enter the code from the email Velvet sends you. If you already have an account, you’re logged in. If you’re new, the same code creates your account, and you set it up next.
No code? Look in your spam or junk folder for an email from Velvet, and make sure your email address is spelled right. After a minute you can ask for a new code. Use the newest one.
Use the same email in the app and on the web, so your tickets are in one account.
